Live Plants & Tissue Cultures
Kayllected Plant Co. sells live plants, starter plants, and tissue cultures. Because these are living products, appearance may naturally vary from photos unless the listing specifically states that you are purchasing the exact plant pictured.
Minor cosmetic imperfections, natural leaf variation, shipping stress, temporary drooping, yellowing, or minor leaf damage may occur and do not necessarily indicate an unhealthy plant.
Tissue Cultures
Tissue cultures require specialized care and acclimation after opening. The customer assumes responsibility for proper deflasking, acclimation, environmental conditions, and continued care once the tissue culture has been opened or altered.
Kayllected Plant Co. cannot guarantee the survival of a tissue culture after it has been opened, deflasked, repotted, propagated, or otherwise altered by the customer.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, website errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier’s operations. Kayllected Plant Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or packages left unattended after confirmed delivery.
Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions at their destination and purchasing available heat or cold protection when appropriate.
Order Issues
Any significant issue with a plant or tissue culture must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed carrier delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos of the plant or tissue culture, the reported damage or issue, and the shipping box and packaging.
Plants and tissue cultures should not be repotted, cut, propagated, deflasked, or otherwise altered before contacting us regarding an issue.
Any resolution is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of live plants and tissue cultures, all sales are generally final.
Cancellation, replacement, store-credit, and refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Plant Care
Plant-care information provided by Kayllected Plant Co., whether through our website, social media, packaging, messages, or other materials, is provided as general guidance.
Growing conditions vary significantly between environments. Customers are responsible for determining appropriate care for their plants after delivery.
Product Availability
Inventory consists of living products and may change unexpectedly. A plant may become unavailable if its condition changes before shipment.
If we determine that a plant is no longer healthy enough to ship, we may contact the customer to arrange an appropriate substitution, store credit, or refund.
Intellectual Property
The Kayllected Plant Co. name, branding, logos, original photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kayllected Plant Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the purchase, shipment, care, acclimation, propagation, or use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
Changes to These Terms
Kayllected Plant Co. may update these Terms of Service periodically. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
